Produktbeschreibung
Marco U-förmiger Hubtisch ist hauptsächlich für den Einsatz in einem arbeitslinienkoordinierten Produktionssystem vorgesehen.
In einem Produktionssystem kann die Positionierung und das Sammeln von Paletten oder anderen Ladungsträgern durch den Hubtisch erfolgen. Die Waren werden von einem Gabelstapler oder Palettenhubwagen auf den Hubtisch geladen/entladen und nach Erreichen der korrekten Höhe über ein auf dem Hubtisch montiertes rollengetriebenes Förderband (Schwerkraft oder motorisch) an das Produktionsfördersystem der Arbeitslinienkoordination übergeben.
Aufgrund der geringen Höhe des Hubtisches ist keine Grube im Boden erforderlich, wodurch die Installationskosten reduziert werden.
Das Aggregat wird in der Regel getrennt vom Hubtisch aufgestellt, um den Betrieb des Hubtisches nicht einzuschränken.
